Terms of Service

Billing & Auto-Renewal

• •Payment: Charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• •Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• •Renewal Price: Your account will be charged the applicable subscription price within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• •Managing Subscriptions: iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Android: Google Play > Subscriptions
• •Price Changes: We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect

Cancellation

• •Cancel Anytime: You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date
• •No Partial Refunds: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for unused time
• •Feature Access: Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier at the end of the billing period
• •Saved Data: Saved deals remain accessible if you downgrade to free, but are deleted immediately if you delete your account

Refund Policy

• •iOS: Refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility is subject to Apple's policies.
• •Android: Refund requests are handled by Google. Visit play.google.com/store/account. Eligibility is subject to Google's policies.
• •No Guaranteed Refunds: We cannot guarantee refunds; decisions are made solely by Apple or Google

Account Creation

• •Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use flyng
• •Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information including your name, email address, and phone number
• •Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• •One Account Per User: You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent tier limits or abuse free features

Account Responsibilities

• •Authorized Use: Only you may use your account
• •Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• •Unauthorized Access: Notify us immediately at flyngappbusiness@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access
• •Subscription Management: You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through Apple or Google

Permitted Uses

• •Use flyng for personal flight deal discovery
• •Save deals and access Google Flights links for independent booking
• •Use features appropriate to your account tier
• •Use the App only for lawful purposes

Prohibited Uses

• ✕Use the App for any illegal activity
• ✕Attempt to circumvent swipe limits, saved deal limits, or other tier restrictions
• ✕Share your subscription with other users
• ✕Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
• ✕Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt our systems or deal data
• ✕Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• ✕Misrepresent your identity or provide false account information
• ✕Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission

flyng Does Not Book Flights

flyng is a flight deal discovery platform only. When you tap through a saved deal, you are redirected to Google Flights where the booking process takes place entirely outside of flyng. We are not a travel agent, airline, or booking platform.

• •No Booking Responsibility: flyng is not responsible for any flight bookings, cancellations, pricing changes, or availability once you leave the App
• •No Payment Processing: flyng does not process, store, or have access to any payment information related to flight purchases
• •Deal Accuracy: Flight deals are curated in good faith, but prices and availability are subject to change by airlines and are not guaranteed by flyng
• •Google Flights: Your use of Google Flights is governed by Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Third-Party Service Providers

Our Rights

• •App Ownership: flyng, its design, features, branding, and functionality are our property
• •Trademarks: "flyng" and related marks are our trademarks
• •Deal Curation: Our flight deal curation, algorithms, and presentation are proprietary
• •No Copying: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App

Your Rights

• •Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• •Your Data: You retain ownership of your personal account data
• •License Termination: This license terminates immediately if you violate these Terms or delete your account

Service Availability

• •As-Is Basis: flyng is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• •Uptime: We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access to the App or deal data
• •Deal Availability: Flight deals are subject to change, expiry, or withdrawal by airlines at any time without notice
• •Feature Changes: We may modify, add, or remove features at any time

Limitation of Liability

• •Damages Cap: Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months
• •Excluded Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• •Booking Issues: We are not liable for any issues arising from flight bookings made through Google Flights or any airline
• •Deal Pricing: We are not liable for price discrepancies between what is displayed in the App and what is available at time of booking
• •Data Loss: We are not liable for loss of saved deals or account data due to technical issues
• •Subscription Issues: We are not liable for Apple's or Google's subscription processing issues

Termination by You

• •Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through App settings
• •Immediate Effect: Upon deletion, your account and all saved deals are permanently and immediately deleted
• •Subscription: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — cancel separately through Apple or Google
• •No Refunds: Account deletion does not entitle you to a subscription refund

Termination by Us

• •Violations: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• •Abuse: Circumventing tier limits or creating multiple accounts may result in immediate termination
• •Notice: We will provide reasonable notice where possible
• •Appeal: Contact us at flyngappbusiness@gmail.com if you believe termination was in error
• •Final Decision: Termination decisions are at our sole discretion
